Will pharmacies accept an Aioo prescription?
Yes. Each e-Rx carries the physician’s licence and PTR numbers and a PNPKI digital signature, and pharmacists can verify it by scanning its QR code.
What if my signal drops mid-call?
The consult survives a 90-second dropout. You can switch from video to audio, or to chat, at any point without losing your place.
Can I consult for my child or parent?
Yes. Add family members to your account and choose who the consult is for before you start.
